Rules of Acquisition is a super fun matte nail color with a lot of POP! It's a very shimmery greenish blue that borders on being outright metallic, like brushed metal, even. It has very pronounced gold undertones and seems to coordinate equally well with warm or cool toned skin & clothing!
This polish was inspired by the Ferengi people of Star Trek! It's meant to mimic the color of the nail polish that all Ferengi seem to wear all the time. And yes, I've done my research and confirmed that they're supposed to be wearing nail polish, it's not the natural color of their nails ;)
Notes on Matte Polish:
The matte effect shows up when the polish is dry, don't be surprised if it comes wet out of the bottle glossy-looking!
You do not need a top coat with matte polish. If you use one, and it's not a matte top coat, it will make the polish glossy.
Matte polish tends to dry much faster than glossy polish.
